Radiator Fan

Radiator Fan

The radiator fan, also known as the engine cooling fan, draws or pushes air through the radiator. This helps cool the engine coolant when natural airflow is limited, particularly when stationary or driving slowly. A properly functioning fan helps keep engine temperature under control. When choosing a replacement radiator fan, make sure it matches your vehicle’s specifications.

Which radiator fan fits your car?

The correct cooling fan depends on your vehicle’s make, model, year and engine variant. Compare the OE reference number, dimensions, mounting points and electrical connections. Check the voltage and power rating, and whether you need an individual fan or a complete fan assembly with a shroud. Also check whether any required control module is included or sold separately.

When should you replace a radiator fan?

An engine temperature that rises mainly when stationary, a fan that fails to switch on or unusual noises may indicate a fault. However, problems with a fuse, temperature sensor, wiring or fan control system can cause similar symptoms. Have the fan’s operation and power supply checked before replacing it.

Browse the radiator fans in this category and compare the product specifications to find the right cooling fan for your car.
